3- How Long Is an ISO Certificate Valid for?
In general, ISO certificates are valid for three years. As a third-party certification body, Centerior will carry out an initial audit during the first year of certification, followed by a surveillance audit during the second and third years. 

4- Does My Company Have the Potential to Obtain More Than a Single ISO Certification?
Yes, your business is capable of obtaining numerous ISO certificates as long as it covers the requirements of each certification. Also, your company can obtain an Integrated Management System (IMS) that regards the environment, quality, and occupational health and safety management systems, in addition to any independent ISO certification.

5- How Does My Company Pass an ISO Audit?
Centerior certification auditors will look for objective proof of compliance with each of the subclauses (clause numbers 4-10) of the ISO Standard, such as ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, to pass an ISO audit. If you receive a non-conformity, it will mean a significant flaw in the design or execution of the quality management system has been found, and you must take corrective action.

It takes 1-month at most after completing all external auditing tasks. 

9- How Do I Know That the Certificate I’ve Received Is Not Fake?
At the moment of receiving the accredited certification, you can check its validity by entering the certification number into the International Accreditation Forum (IAF)’s search engine, which only includes registered Authenticate Accredited Certifications worldwide.

10- What Is an ISO 9001 Certification?
An ISO 9001 Certification is an internationally accredited certificate that is earned after a successful third-party assessment audit by Centerior International Services of the Quality Management System in a business or organization, whatever its industry, size, or background.

11- Why Is ISO 9001 Mandatory?
No, it’s not. However, quality, Safety, and Environmental certification criteria are included in RFTs (Requests for Tenders) to give the organization issuing the tender an assurance that you have the necessary business management systems in place to deliver the goods and services as specified in the RFT and to comply with all legal requirements, including Workplace Health and Safety and Environmental Protection laws. Furthermore, it demonstrates that your company has made a commitment to developing and putting into practice best-practice business procedures as well as ongoing improvement.

12- What Steps Should My Company Take Before Signing a Contract With Centerior for an ISO 9001 Certification Audit?
To earn ISO 9001 certification, you need to complete three simple steps as follows:Development: Build the Quality Management System documentation to meet ISO 9001 requirements.Implementation: Implement the Quality Management System as documented.Internal Audit: Complete an internal audit and management review meeting.Once the 3 steps have been completed, you can engage Centerior International Services to conduct your certification audit.

13- What Is an Internal Audit for Management Systems?
An internal audit, also known as a first-party audit, evaluates whether the management system complies with the necessary standards and is successfully implemented and maintained. Internal audit schedules are typically created by organizations, and the frequency of audits should be determined by the importance and risk involved.

14- Does Centerior Qualify Accredited Professional Auditors?
Yes, we provide  integrated auditor qualifying programs in different quality systems, and the aim of these programs is to prepare specialized, knowledgeable, and experienced competent auditors who are able to review management and operation systems, through external audits.
